Yoga as a lifestyle tool to manage stress...

Oh my goodness!!! This was truly, truly a treat for me! Tamara invited me back for a bonus episode! We discussed how yoga can help us, especially as Christians, to manage stress---not only in the moment, but also to tap into the power of yoga as a lifestyle choice, keeping pressure pressure rather than ballooning into stress.
