Spring Women's Beyond Breath Group

I use my Beyond Breath tools EVERY DAY!!! And I can't get over how lucky I am to also be able to share this {life-changing} yoga therapy course with others! . Mark's podcast interview: Finding Hope in Christ

I'm not sure how to even introduce this...Mark and I have co-written many social media and blog posts over the years; however, he hasn't felt prepared before to share his story by himself outside of service within our stake. This morning, his first podcast interview has been released on an amazing podcast called "Stories of Hope in Hard Times." Tamara K. Anderson has a lovely mission to share how individuals have found God in hard times. In his interview, Mark speaks of how he has allowed Jesus Christ to enter his life through his struggles with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, mental health, job losses, and pornography and sex addiction. Betrayal Trauma II

"Devastated" I think I am finally on the move with my book again; however, I believe it needs to go a different direction and will catch a broader audience. No promises or details just yet; however, this is a chapter from my manuscript that I didn't want to lose as I shift gears with my message. How fitting to share this now as it was one year ago today that Mark & I decided to go public about betrayal trauma. <3 Since my last post on betrayal trauma : I wrote my 200+ page manuscript; it required countless hours of research and soul-searching about my own healing journey.
