This is intended for those who attended the live class. The Kriyas and
Meditations must be performed exactly to obtain desired results and
having seen them demonstrated can greatly increase accuracy. I will
begin uploading Kriyas and Meditations to my youtube channel shortly.
That will be the best place to start for those interested in learning
more about Kundalini Yoga.
This mantra is taken from the last four lines
of Guru Gobind Singh's Jaap Sahib. It is a mantra used to remove fear,
anxiety and phobias. It is a mantra to make one experience victory.

Chattra Chakkra Vartee, Chattra Chakkra Bhugatay, Suyambhav Subhang Sarab Daa Saraab Jugatay.
Dukaalan Pranasee, Diaalang Saroopay, Sadaa Ang Sangay, Abhangang Bibhutaay
You are pervading in all the four directions, the Enjoyer in all the four directions. You are self-illumined, profoundly beautiful, and united with all. Destroyer of the torments of birth and death, embodiment of mercy. You are ever within us. You are the everlasting giver of indestructible power.
This mantra is taken from the last four lines
of Guru Gobind Singh's Jaap Sahib. It is a mantra used to remove fear,
anxiety and phobias. It is a mantra to make one experience victory.
"Chattr Chakkr Vartee is the
mantra for the heart center, it gives direct energy to it. When you are
sinking, if you know this mantra and can sing it, you can totally recuperate
yourself.” — Yogi
Bhajan
5th Chakra:
Located in the throat and associated with
the Thyroid gland
Color: blue
Element: ether. The masters considered the original substance
of the universe to be ether. The
condition of time and space that allows matter to exist. Matter originates from vibration (or the
word)
Tattawa: Anger
Our goal is tot have our word and God’s to
be the same (in order to do so, we MUST speak truth).
This chakra is weakened by lies, false
words, negative or destructive talk (especially to ourselves). It is compromised by slander, gossip, unfair
judgment of others. Pessimism is
ultimately a lie. Prideful statements are also lies. Most outwardly prideful=most inwardly full of
doubt. (covering inner emptiness vs.
having gratitude).
Associated with the following organs and
structures of the body: throat, thyroid, mouth, and hypothalamus gland.
Associated with the following
spiritual/psychological characteristics: Truthfulness; decisiveness; willpower.
Associated physical characterisitics: Throat
problems. includes laryngitis, laryngeal and esophageal cancer. low energy, TMJ pain. Hypo/hyper-thyroidism. (metabolism), parathyroid problems
(responsible for calcium metabolism). 10th
cranial nerve/vagus nerve (organs or chest and abdomen: heart, lunchs, stomach;
parasympathetic branch to innervate internal organs---body’s
healing/rest-and-repair mechanisms.)
The refining of ethereal energies takes
place here (energy from lower coming higher and higher chakras coming
lower).
“While this truth is still inside, we are
safe from backlash and criticism. But
when we assert ourselves, and express our innermost feelings, we become vulnerable…If
our self-expression is based on truth, we will be ultimately aligned with the
power of the universe, even if we do face worldly attack from our
detractors…only the truth survives. Only
the truth endures.”
Blood flow increased during KY practice---only
exercise designed to do so (reduced blood flow can cause thyroid problems). Hyperthyroid is too much NRG trapped.
D&C 84: 45 For the aword of the Lord is truth, and whatsoever is
truth is blight, and whatsoever is light is cSpirit, even the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
Ether 3: 12 And he answered: Yea, Lord, I know that thou
speakest the truth, for thou art a God of truth, and acanst not lie.
