Mommy & Me Yoga Series

 for Postpartum Moms and Babies 6 weeks-before crawling (bringing baby is optional, not required).

A wonderful way to gently add physical activity into your routine again!  having baby right there with you too is another plus.

  1. Would a 13-month old baby who is able to walk be too old for this class?

  2. Just seeing this, Allie! In person only before crawling. Online you can choose to have an older baby. I will FB message you since I will be able to catch you faster that way!
